Kumar Group of Industries, Headquartered at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, was established in 1969 and has since evolved into a diversified and professionally managed Business conglomerate. Over the past five decades, the Group has built a strong and trusted presence across multiple sectors, including Mining (Sand & Gravel), Stone Crushing, Construction, Infrastructure Development, Hospitality, Real Estate, Automobile Retail, Industrial & Medical Gases, and Agroforestry.

The Group’s flagship Company, LSC Infratech Ltd., stands as Asia’s largest Stone Crushing Company, specializing in the production of Crushed Stone Grits, Gravel, Manufactured Sand, and Washed Sand. Established in 1991, the Company set up its first Crushing Unit in Haldwani, District Nainital, Uttarakhand, under the name Lalkuan Stone Crushers Ltd. It is the most well-organized and largest producer in the Sand & Stone Mining Industry in the country, delivering high-quality Sand and Crushed Stone Grits using world-class technology from Australia, America, Germany, Ireland, and China. The Company operates 10 state-of-the-art plants in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan, ensuring sustainable development and maintaining an average production capacity of 18 Million MT/Year.

Supported by a dedicated workforce family of over 1,900 members, LSC Infratech has become a cornerstone of India’s infrastructure supply chain, catering to the country’s rapidly expanding Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Industrial sectors. Through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, it continues to redefine standards in resource-based industries.

Expanding beyond its core strengths, the Kumar Group entered the Automobile Retail Sector in 2012 with the establishment of Kumar Autowheels Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Mahindra & Mahindra dealership serving the Udham Singh Nagar region. The Company now operates four Mahindra showrooms, including three full 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) facilities, along with Commercial and Last-Mile Mobility Operations.

In 2017, the Group extended its presence in the premium Automotive segment by acquiring a Jeep dealership under LSC Autowheels Pvt. Ltd., featuring a state-of-the-art 3S facility in Dehradun, catering to Customers across Uttarakhand.

Continuing its path of strategic diversification, the Group launched Block Mining operations in Rajasthan in 2024, followed by the acquisition of additional Mining assets in Andhra Pradesh in 2025, further strengthening its Mining & Mineral Resources Division.

We have always maintained a Corporate culture just like an MNC. While many typical Indian Corporate organizations encourage politics and selfishness where credit for good work is usurped by others and the honest worker is left behind- we at Kumar Group have a culture where we give value to transparency and give the due credit to our people who work with responsibility. At KGI, we have maintained a record that for the last 50 years – there is no Workers Union. All the workers and other employees have in fact never felt the need for a Union as all their needs- personal or official are taken care of by the Management.
