About Our Silica Business
Silica is a crucial raw material for the glass and foundry industries. We are the largest, pioneer, mechanized, and only organized Silica Sand Manufacturer in India. Our state-of-the-art silica sand beneficiation facility ensures world-class uniform quality.
We proudly cater to major multinational corporations like Asahi India Glass Ltd, Gold Plus, Saint Gobain, and Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd from our Rajasthan unit.
Our glass sand is produced using a washing process that guarantees high-grade quality and consistent particle size. We use manually selected high-grade rock to maintain the highest standards.
Our silica sand is suitable for manufacturing all types of glass and glassware. We have an integrated facility that includes mining leases and a beneficiation plant.
Future Outlook
Looking ahead, we plan to refine our manufacturing processes further to produce high-grade silica for solar cell manufacturers across India.
Market Potential and Applications
Silica has extensive industrial applications. These include use as a food additive (anti-caking agent), beverage clarifier, viscosity controller, anti-foaming agent, dough modifier, and excipient in drugs and vitamins.
Additionally, silica is used in the production of chemicals, metals, fillers in various plastic and non-plastic products, manufacture of refractories, biomass energy generation, and as additives in agricultural and horticultural products.
